  • Closed Loop Vector Control: Vector control algorithm is utilized to provide high accuracy and quality for torque control and efficient energy consumption.
  • Motor Parameter Auto-tune: Static and dynamic motor parameters auto-tuning is employed to extract motor model.
  • Encoder Direction Identification: An automatic algorithm for encoder direction identification is provided. There is no need to change the encoder direction or wiring in the case of wrong encoder wiring.
  • Direct Approach: Direct to floor approach algorithm is used in closed loop mode to optimize the traveling time. This method automatically generates the optimized S-curve to provide direct landing to the floor by eliminating the crawling.

Single Gain Speed Control Algorithm:

A novel single gain tunable algorithm is implemented in L200 series. This feature enables the user with easy installation and setting. There is no need to tune the PID coefficients and comfort riding is achieved by setting only one parameter. This parameter will be adjusted automatically during tuning sequence.

Encoder Direction Identification:

An automatic algorithm for encoder direction identification is provided. There is no need to change the encoder direction or wiring in the case of wrong encoder wiring.

Auto-learning:

Mechanical system inertia is estimated automatically without need to mechanical disassembly. In this algorithm cabin moves in one direction for a short while and the mechanical inertia is estimated. Moreover, in order to improve the riding quality and performance, system parameters are identified at every start.
